Who we are, and what happens to your details.
Company details
Multivisions and Pixels Limited is registered in Scotland, company no. SC907656. Registered office: 5 South Charlotte Street, Edinburgh, EH2 4AN. Email: [email protected]. "We" here means the company, which is run by Michael Onwukwe.
What we collect
If you contact us, we receive your name, contact details and whatever you put in your message. You don't have to give us these, but we can't reply without them. We don't sell your details or use them for marketing lists.
Why we use it
To answer your enquiry and, if you go ahead, to take steps towards and carry out our agreement with you. Our lawful bases are our legitimate interest in replying to enquiries and, where it applies, contract. We keep records the law requires because we have a legal duty to.
Who handles it
Enquiries arrive by email, which is provided by Google. Google may handle data outside the UK.
This site's font, Inter (SIL Open Font License), is stored on our own site, so no third-party font service is used. The site is hosted by Cloudflare, which processes your device's IP address to deliver pages and protect the site from attacks, and may do so outside the UK. The site has no analytics, advertising or tracking tools.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that don't lead to work are deleted within 12 months. Client and accounting records are kept for as long as the law requires.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your information, restrict or object to how we use it, or receive a copy of what you gave us. Email us, including if you want to complain. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
Cookies
This site doesn't set cookies of its own. Our host, Cloudflare, may set a strictly necessary security cookie to help block automated attacks; it isn't used to track you. If we ever add other cookies, we'll ask you first where the law requires it.
